90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind Deep Reset. Try it for up to 90 days from delivery. If it's not for you, email support@restorearc.com with your order number and reason — no questions asked. In most cases, no return is required, and we'll process your refund.

- Applies to your first purchase only.
- One refund per customer.
- Refund is for the product price; original and any return shipping are not included.
- Refunds issued within 5–7 business days of approval.

Returns

Window: Request a return within 90 days of delivery. 

Condition: Partially used products are eligible. 

Empty bottles are not eligible. 

How to start: Email support@restorearc.com with your order number and reason; we'll reply with return instructions and a return address. Don't send anything back before contacting us. 

Return shipping: For change-of-mind or dissatisfaction returns, the customer pays return shipping. No restocking fee; no limit on the number of returns. 

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Email us within 90 days with a photo and your order number and we'll cover it — replacement or full refund at no return-shipping cost to you. 

Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
