Privacy policy
RestoreArc Privacy Policy Last updated: July 2026
In short: we collect what's needed to run our store, fulfill orders, support you, and advertise responsibly. We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure and deliver ads, share data only with the providers who help us operate, and never sell your information for money. You can opt out of non-essential tracking and exercise privacy rights by emailing us.
This Privacy Policy describes how RestoreArc ("RestoreArc," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit restorearc.com (the "Site"), contact us, or purchase our products. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
a. Information you provide. Name; shipping and billing address; email; phone (if provided); order and transaction details; and the content of messages you send us. Payment-card details are collected and processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers. b. Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, operating system, IP address, general (approximate) location from IP, pages and products viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, and dates/times — collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 4). c. Information from third parties. Our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers, email/SMS providers, and advertising/analytics partners.
Under some state laws these map to categories such as identifiers, customer records, commercial information (purchases), internet/network activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences.
2. How we use information
To process, fulfill, and ship orders; provide customer service; manage returns, refunds, and our guarantee; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; operate, analyze, secure, and improve the Site and our products; send transactional messages; send marketing (with consent where required); measure, target, and deliver advertising; and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. Marketing communications
If you opt in to marketing emails or texts, you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email or by replying STOP to a text (message/data rates may apply). Opting out of marketing doesn't stop transactional order messages.
4. Cookies & tracking technologies
What they are. Cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, local storage) let the Site function and collect information about your visit. Categories we use:
-
Strictly necessary — required for the Site, cart, and checkout; can't be switched off.
-
Performance / analytics — help us understand and improve how the Site is used.
-
Advertising / targeting — including the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API, used to measure and deliver advertising on third-party platforms.
Advertising & the Meta Pixel. Through these tools we may share information such as hashed identifiers, device data, and actions you take on the Site (for example, viewing a product or completing a purchase) with Meta and other advertising and analytics partners, so they can attribute conversions and show you relevant ads. You can limit this through our cookie banner, your browser/device settings, those platforms' ad-preference tools, or a recognized opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honor where applicable. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
5. How we share information
With service providers/processors acting on our behalf (hosting/platform, payments, shipping, support, email/SMS, advertising/analytics) under contracts limiting their use; with advertising and analytics partners as in Section 4; with legal/protective recipients to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety; and in a business transfer (merger, financing, or sale of assets). We do not sell your personal information for money.
6. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to confirm, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these, email support@restorearc.com; we'll verify as required and respond within the time the law allows. You may use an authorized agent where permitted. We don't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites we don't control; their practices are governed by their own policies.
10. Where we operate
We're based in the United States and currently sell to U.S. customers. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the United States.
11. Children's privacy
The Site and products are intended for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy; the "Last updated" date shows the current version, and material changes will be posted here.
